Every HoneyFil package carries a sixty-day satisfaction promise. This page sets out what that covers, when the clock starts and how the process runs, in full rather than compressed into a line under a button.
Sixty days, from the purchase date
The window opens when the order is placed and closes sixty days later. It does not start when the parcel arrives, which is the detail most worth knowing: time in transit sits inside the sixty. A week on the road leaves fifty-three days to decide.
Which packages it covers
All three. Two bottles, three bottles and six bottles carry the same window on the same terms. Nothing about the promise scales with the size of the package.
If the product is finished
The promise is about satisfaction, not about an unopened seal. A bottle that has been used and did not suit you is the situation the window exists for. The seller states the terms; the checkout page is where they are confirmed at the moment of purchase.
How to start
Contact the seller’s US-based support team inside the sixty days, using the details on the order confirmation email. They open the process, confirm what needs returning and where it goes. This publisher cannot start a refund on your behalf — we hold no order records and no payment details.
Return postage
Getting the product back to the seller is the buyer’s cost. Keep the tracking number: a return that cannot be shown to have arrived is a return that is hard to process.
When the money appears
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return has been received and checked. Card issuers then take their own time, usually a few business days, before the credit shows on a statement. That last stretch is the bank’s, not the seller’s.
What the promise does not cover
Requests made after the sixtieth day, and purchases made anywhere other than the official store. HoneyFil is not authorised on Amazon, eBay or any other marketplace, and a package bought through one of those listings is outside the seller’s policy entirely.
If the parcel arrives damaged
Email the seller’s support with photographs as soon as it lands. Transit damage is handled separately from the satisfaction promise and is usually resolved faster.
